I know this doesn't answer your question but just for information on original configuration and comparison of the F-20 and F-30, these were the Nebraska Test results on them. Farmall F-20 Nebraska Test# 276, 27.84 max belt hp, 20.66 max db hp, 2927 max lbs pulled @ 2.51 mph. Farmall F-30 Nebraska Test# 198, 32.80 max belt hp, 24.85 max db hp, 4157 max lbs pull @ 2.24 mph. Both of these tests were on distilate or kerosene so the hp ratings would be higher on gasoline, but they were not tested on gasoline. Most tractors of the era produced two to three more hp on gasoline than on distilate or kerosene when tested in both versions. Example; Farmall H Test # 333 26.20 belt hp & 24.17 db hp on gas vs Test # 334 23.31 belt hp & 21.37 db hp on dist. Farmall M Test # 328 36.66 belt hp & 33.05 db hp on gas vs Test # 327 34.82 belt hp & 30.65 db hp on dist. Harold H
