I have a 1000 watt tank heater on my H and it is ready to go in about 1/2 hour in weather down to zero. Below zero it takes about an hour or more, but that's still pretty good.

I recommend 1000, maybe 1500 if you put it on a timer or only plug it in for a short time. The 1000 watt could be left on all night on the 450.
