300 Utility front weights

I have a 300 utility with a quick hitch backblade and chains that is great in snow.When I go to climb a steep hill to get fire wood the front end keeps lifting off the ground.I would like to keep the rear blade on as it makes it easy to lift the end of a log off the ground when I skid them out.Any ideas of how to mount weights would help.Are there factory weights?Thanks for any ideas.
