You didn't say but I assume you have been changing the hydraulic oil to get rid of problem. My first thought is condensation. Is the tractor kept in a building with livestock? What type of hydraulic oil are you using? Another possibility could water be coming from an implement that you hitch tractor to frequently? Do you cross streams or other water courses during work routine? I had a 560 would pick up water in transmission that way.
