It is a farmhand F10 loader with a snow bucket. It is a very well balanced loader and was made mainly for stacking hay. I have used one a lot and have one on a IH M now that I still use. A IH H is a little small but it does work a lot better than you would think. The biggest problem is that your tractor is not good for anything else unless you remove the loader.
