Yes. kinda. I've got two of them. The PTO by itself does not have shims. Just stick it on. There should have been some shims with the two pieces if they came off the same tractor. If so, use them and you will probably be right, or close toit. You can go from there, Don't try to get all of the slack out. It WILL overheat. If you didn't get them as a pair, make certain the drive gear for the belt pulley attachment is compatible with the driven gear on the pulley attachment. I ran into this once. There is a bushing on the belt pulley output shaft that rides in theseal. The seal does not seal against the shaft itself. When you don't have your flat belt pulley on, but are using your PTO, thereis a piece of pipe that takes the place of the pulley to hold the bushing in the seal. Holler if you need anything further.
