greg, i would keep useing your a and when a problem comes, fix it then. parts are readaly avalable and not to expensive. you can pick up a nice running tractor for $2000 or less thats painted and working.theres one on the photo ads now that looks pretty good with weights and chains and a front snow plow for $1100. just keep up the oil changes etc. indian only produced so many bikes. most got trashed threw the years. tractors are somewhat different. many a models were built. just my $.02
