200 clutch throw out bushing problem

A friend of mine complains about his 200 clutch, He says it has a bushing instead of a throw out bearing. He has replaced it 2 ys ago & now is needing it again. First is there a bearing avaliable, if so what number etc. Otherwise any suggestions from you guys that are red blooded? Thanks for information or tips that might help.
