I agree, if your going to work the tractor, you will get that money back, but if you buy to fix and sell get ready to be burned. Most people would rather pay a mechanic for an overhaul then pay a previous owner for an overhaul that may or may not have taken place. I have seen a lot of "rebuilds" that consisted of new plugs and a can Rustoleum. One thing to look out for on the 1206 is that a lot of people (my dad included) used them along side a 1456 and 1466. They where good tractors but the trannie was a little light for 6 bottem plows and 24' disks. We even had a dozer blade mounted for building terraces, that will wear a tractor out quick.
