Chris, on top of each Hydratouch valve there is a stub through the top. This stub has shoulders on it so you can use a wrench on it. It has positions on it for 2 way hydraulic pressure or 1 way hydraulic pressure. Sounds like two of your hydratouch valves are set for one way operation.
