I wouldn't worry about it particularly if your oil pressure is good. It was probably something that was deposited in your filter base within the first 10 seconds of the motor's initial startup after assembly. If you are still worried, get your motor oil anaylized. It is the microscopic brass, lead, ferric particles contained in your oil that should concern you.
