We just had one near me last week. A man and his brother were pulling stumps and the tractor backflipped, pinning the driver beneath it. Fortunately, he was not killed, but he had a long list of injuries that included several broken bones.

Tractors are not designed to do that kind of job. If you must pull stumps with a tractor, use a crawler tractor and a front blade to push them out. That's about the only safe way to do it.
