Tractor safety is everyone's concern, I believe the cause has been explained quite a few times, why accidents happen. Quite a few years ago, I did have a cousin killed with a tractor accident. My brother was with my cousin, when they attempted to pull a large log. The chain for pulling the log was around the axle trumpet of the 52 Ferguson tractor, being young boys my cousin gave the tractor lots of fuel to start of pulling the log and the tractor flipped over backwards, instant death. My brother was sitting on the tractor fender, but escaped injury. Many times accidents can be prevented. Where I live in N.S., over the past four years there has been three deaths due to overturned tractors, one of those was pulling out a stump, by a gentleman that was 67 years old. ALWAYS THINK SAFETY, Murray
