I also have a 404 and don't see too many of them around. I did see one down the road at Brinkley's big auction in Idabel OK a few months ago. I have never laid eyes on the other model numbers you mentioned. I love the tractor for its maneuverability, but it did not have a factory 3pt, so i had to rig one up with a hydraulic cylinder off the back remotes. The hyd pump does not have the oomph to lift real heavy stuff, but does ok with a box blade. The feloader also does not get enough oomph to work heavy loads right , but does ok for what I need. The only trouble I have and still have is the pilot bushing in the flywheel. It has worn out three times and I even had the shaft out and straightened, hoping to keep from wearing out the last one, no luck. Also cannot run a square bailer, no live PTO or two range gear selection! I have been thinking about selling it and getting a new Mahindra (at least it is red) or a Landtrac( gotta love a purple tractor), Farmall God forgive me, but I would never part with my Super C!!!!! Id probably plowed about 3000 acres (in my head anyway) by the time they found me. This is where my love for tractors started and has only gotten worse in my tender 50 yrs on this green planet. Im par
