Stuck 806D

I bought A 806 that had water in the engine. I removed the injectors and vacummed out as much of the moisture I could and then blew each cylinder out with air and squirted a few cans of pb blaster into the cylinders. How long should I let it soak and what is the best way to try to turn it. I thought the crank pulley but I don't know if I would damage the rubber in the pulley. Also afraid of breaking gear teeth if I pry too hard on the starter gear. Also a friend said to use hydrogen peroxide to free the engine. Has anybody heard of this before. All advise is greatly appreciated.
