since i know this tractor and that the motor is frozen not the rear end i will say that there are many things you can poor into the spark plug hole's. like diesel oil, gas/kerosene mix vegtable oil. the list goes on a long way. no two tractors ever work free the same. but there are many ways and all have produced results. {note some need to be torn down to unfreeze worst case}.
