Cost on a Cub

Just curious for a little input on how much you'd expect to pay for a Cub with the following problems:

Stuck engine
Bad Radiator
Non original front hubs
Who knows what else
Hasn't been run in many years
has been covered for most of those years
sheet metal and rear rims in great shape
Has hydro, PTO, lights, elec start
no implements
