The rookie who screwed up is still looking for help!

Battery seems to be good, headlights are bright.
I tried to rock it in 5th gear no luck.
I'm guessing the starter hasn't been off in a long time cause I couldn't get her to budge(I'll get some Liquid Wrench and try again tomorrow).
Did someone say something about jumping the solenoid? Which two terminals do I touch?
