Wardner, you are not the source of my concern. I read your comments and simply responded. I understand completely where you are coming from, definitaly more than one way to skin a cat and I like hearing ideas from others. I guess my hydraulic is going to be that way because I already have a few hundred dollars worth of parts to do it that way. Again, it wasn't you - incident on the Tractor Talk board.

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
