I guess it all depends on "What your place is worth to you". To bad we don't live in the 30's or 40's. You can loose everything you own in the "Slip of a Ladder" A good lawyer can make "Anything" your fault, Just look at McDonalds Coffee. Did you ever think you would see a day that someone could burn themself on hot coffee that THEY ordered, sue you, and win? My opinion would be to at least call your lawyer for advice and go from that. "Can't hurt,...could Help". Just my opinion:)
