I had a super-c also that did the same thing.Did you switch the hoses on the lift cyl.to see if the slowness is in the other direction?If it does try switching the hoses,end for end to see if a hose has a loose flapper of rubber in it allowing oil to flow correctly in one direction and not in the other.If that dosent find the problem,I'll tell you what fixed my problem you can e-mail me.
