Been there done that more times than I want to admit. You need to look at what it will take to get the H field ready. That is the key. There are $1,000-$1,500 Hs that are ready for the field. There are many $500 Hs that need an additional $1,500 to get it out of the front yard. Look at what you think will be your total investment. I have found it extremely rare to find an H that is $400 or less that is no more than a parts tractor.
