shipping costs

How do most of you who buy stuff off the auctions get it shipped to you? I would like to bid on the IH wheel weights on the YT auction but I checked one shipping place and for #870 it was $455.00 to ship from Sturgis SD to northern MI.

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
