Here is a good place to start a web site also works for uploading photos to the net.
You get 25 megs of space and no pop up adds.

I use it as a mirror to my main web site as I used up the 11 meg i get from my ISP.
I now up load the pages to my ISP and link the photos from My sitespace.com seems to work.
