How about an IH 424 or 444. These are mid to late 1960s vintage, utility style, around 35 HP on the PTO. Most have live PTO and many have power steering. You want the Power steering. They also have 3 point hitch and can be equipped with hydraulic remotes. They come in both gas and diesel versions with the gas ones being a little cheaper. Good ones usually are priced $4000 to $6000, depending on condition. Be aware though that any 35 year old tractor is likely to require some work to get it like you want it.
