serial number search

i have the serial number for a 1960?, farmall cub "f" series, but i can not find a match in any of the catagories listed in the serial number area's. i checked all the years and models, and nothing matches. is it possible that it just isn't listed. if so, who would i contact, or maybe there is more of the number that i don't have. i have a six digit serial number starting with 156. if anyone can answer all or part of my question it would be greatly appreciated. thanks guys!
