Wardner: How I happen to know of the wheel weight type of weight added to baler flywheel, is my dad purchased in 1953 a Mc Cormick 45 baler with the Wiscinsin air cooled engine. At the time he felt without Live pto that was best move. In 1955 he bought a new 300 with IPTO and a PTO shaft for the 45 baler. He removed the baler engine and attempted to install pto shaft. That wheel type weight bolts to flywheel where pto slip clutch and pto shaft bolt on and cant both be on there at same time. The added flywheel weight was designed to reduce plunger shock on Wisconsin engine. It would be reasonable to believe the weight is also used on the Electrall setup.
