Here is what I do. Go to a good Hardware Store and purchase the screen by the square foot. They call it "Hail Screen", at about .85 per sq ft. Cut and form it to fit the grill. I use a wide jaw clamp type of vise grip for this. Then use JB Weld in place of the orginal clamps to attach the screen to the grill. This of course is not pure authentic but it works well and looks very good after being painted. ENJOY YOUR "M"
