Yes it will, don't let anyone tell you different. The Schwartz wide front on my H came from a 450. The 4 bolts that go into the main bolster are the exact same size and spacing. The only thing I had to fabricate was the rear braces going to the frame rails. (M thru 450 is wider than the H thru 350) See the link for a pic or two of when I switched the front ends.
