Hi; Southwest of you near Rodney;4 acres market garden. Same type of insurance as you through local farm mutual.(best value for house and auto inc.)Good idea to update every year;accounts for improvments to equipment and increase in replacement value due to fire or theft regardless of original purchase price. We`ve seen some pretty bad barn fires out this way that have far surpassed the value of the tractors and implements insured !We had our Ferguson Te-20 insured for only $1200.00 for many years untill we rebuilt the motor and thought about how much it would cost us to replace it.Good idea to record the serial #`s ;at least you know you`ve got them listed somewhere!
