I have parted out a 186 that suffered a similar fire to the one you describe. The injection pump has run on my good 186 for a couple of years now. When I opened up the hydro the parts were still pretty good but I needed a lot of o rings. There will be some lines burnt and therefore opened up so you will have to go into everything and clean up. I agree with the first post, there are many easier projects out there.
