SMD Filter Element

I was changing the fuel filters today on my 1953 Super MD. Changed the final filter without a problem. Opened up the auxiliary filter case and found another final filter element. Call the Case dealer and they are looking for the part I'm missing. Case doesn't make it anymore, but they are looking at some other parts depots. I was wondering if anyone knew where to find the auxiliary filter element bottom plate. If anyone can help me find the bottom and top element plates, I would appreciate it. I think I do have the top, but just in case thats not what I have. Thank you for your time.
