Here's how to do it: 1 - With the main tank filled with diesel and the engine stopped, open the bleeder on the diesel water trap (if equipped) and the primary filter. Close when the bleeders flow fuel with no bubbles. 2 - Start the engine and let it run on gas, then open the secondary fuel bleeder until it flows air-free fuel. 3 - Now advance the governer (speed) control part way, then open the bleeder at each injector one at a time. BE CAREFUL HERE! - Don't let any part of your body get near the fuel that might escape from an open bleeder valve - it can be lethal!! 4 - Now throw the starting level to the "run" (diesel) position - if the system is air-free the motor will now run.
