Cant help you with your engines but have just finished fitting a Perkins A4270 Diesel into a scrap M Back plate was to modify And front engine mounts to fabricate looks and runs sweet. The whole tractor has been overhauled gaskets seals etc will paint when weather improves.
This engine came from a 1963 Massey Harris 780 Combine Rated at 62hp
