Check the archives.. this problem has been touched on a few times. Along with a couple of rosebuds, I remember reading that the consensus was after its' heated up, spray water on it.. this was supposed to get the outside tube to break lose from the inner one... I can't say for sure if it'll work... I know just penetrating oil won't work if the oil can't get down the total length of the axle on real tough ones
