Brandon,make sure your fuel tank isn't stopped up,I bought a 966 awhile back and had the same symetoms your 10 has.Tried to drain tank and fuel wouldn't come out of the line, took off the pitcock(shutoff valve)and it was full of dirt, pump was starving for fuel,cleaned pitcock and now tractor has all kinds of power. Hope this helps.ugly
