Help!! Hydraulics quit

I have a IH 460 utility with a loader on it. This morning I went to move it when it was pretty cold outside. The hydraulic was whining like it always does when the tractor is cold. I raised the bucket and lowered it to get the fluid moving but this time when the loader hit the bottom of it's travel I lost all hydraulics. What happened? What do I have to do to get my power back? All help is very appreciated. Thanks Mike.
