49 Farmall M Ignition system

After replacing the coil, condenser, points,rotor button,and resistor, I am still not getting fire to the plugs. There is juice getting to the resistor and stepping down. The fire on the points is very weak and there is no fire getting to the plugs. I am stumped. Can anyone help?
