In the governor casing there are 2 set screws. pull the throttle back and see wich 1 will give u more throttle i am pretty sure it is the bottom one(the other one would give u higher idle)screw it out till u get the desired rpms (ours is all the way out and we hav no probs). U SHOULD POST THIS ON THE PULLING BOARD. if you have the hp the wider is usually the better and older tired are sharper and harder and almost always pull better
