I agree that this site is generally easier to get in and out of quick, and has a fair amount of traffic.
But I was able to log in over there (RPM) this Fall. I posted questions about a stuck 504 I was working on and got some helpfull responses. YMMV, but I found through trial and error that I can view the site with Netscape or IE, but I can only post or reply when I use IE.
