I had a problem with my power steering on my 400 and I changed the hydraulic fluid and cleaned the hydraulic filter and the steering works a lot better now.Does this happen all the time or when you first start it up.Cold hydraulic won't let things work right until it warms up.If this doesn't help it could be your pump.
