They're Dzus fasteners. They'll work as long as you can find the right spot to weld in the length of wire the Dzus needs to function as its "other end"

You're going to need this part - the wire

and probably this part - the mount for the above wire

You can find these parts at places that sell hardware to guys building race cars and airplanes.
