I would definately replace the bolts.If you can't get OEM bolts,look at the torque spec and get the grade of bolt to match the torque i.e.grade 5 torque is roughly 80ft/lbs for a 1/2" bolt so if the headbolts are 1/2" and torque spec is 80ft/lbs,a 1/2" grade 5 should work.

As far as cost,I just hads a 6 cyl gas head repaired this past summer.It was cleaned,checked for cracks,one crack metal spray welded,12 valve inserts installed,and milled flat.They also refaced the rocker arms.That ran about $380.
