You might try running a bead of weld the length of the sleeve in two or three places on each sleeve. If they are real tight this will cause them to shrink after the welds cool. I tried this on a 354 perkins with dry sleeves and it worked great. I just sleeved an H and a 656 gas last year and they both were easy to get out with a homemade puller. Goodluck YC
