It's not a '37.
Farmall A's were made from '39 through '47. Over 100,000 were made in total over the model run. There are quite a few still around with the exhaust lift, gene b on this board has several still working for instance, though most have been taken off or haven't been maintained well enough to operate anymore.
I would consider it interesting, but not rare.
Just my opinion though, others may see it differently.
