I found a W9 in a fence row near my house. It has trees growing around it, so it's been there quite a while. It's a 1948, and it looks to be complete, although all the tires are bad. The exhaust was left uncovered, so I'm sure the engine is stuck. The owner of the land it's on said he would take any fair offer for it. It's only 5 miles from my house, so hauling it isn't a problem. Any ideas on what I should offer him for it?
