I would drain and refill hydraulic system with about 20 gallons of Hytran, also replace filter, water contamination will cause this somewhat, Hytran will have a milky color, The water turns to ice and starves the system, the steering has separate circuit and pump, TA, brakes & steering are in clutch housing, rear hitch and remote valves & couplers are in rear frame, common reservoir for both is entire clutch & rear frame housing. They would do this when new if they sat for a while without being run.
