Hmmm... without being an adjacent cylinder I would suspect valves and the air leaking into intake or exhaust manifold. Have you checked to see if there are bubbles in the radiator when you apply air and it leaks like that? Also, if the head gasket is seeping coolant to the outside I would change it. I've had several that seep oil out the side, but never coolant.
