Stuck brake on my H?

I tried to pull my H today to get it off the frozen ground, i was pulling it with my v6 truck in 4 wheel drive, it was in neutral and i pressed the clutch in.The left brake pedal is colser to me than the right by about 4 inches. Is it suposed to be like that? Other then the ground being frozen this was the only thing i could think of. Thanks ps- i put a new gasket in the oil pan and filled the tractor with diesl to losen it. But i noticed that there is a slight steady leak by the bottom of the fan pulley. thanks.
