how much would you pay for a farmall regular?

I found a very well used regular at a shop here. well used Judging by how egg shaped the first hole the steering shaft goes through is. It has no paint and is missing a couple parts but no outward signs of a busted block. the guy wants 800 dollars for it. I paid that for my super c in about the same condition but I had at least heard it run before. What would a regular be worth with steel wheels, hand crank missing and a busted radiator? I always wanted one but I don't know if I want it that bad.
